How to Use

Start by twisting the base of the eyeliner to reveal the tip of the product. Gently glide the eyeliner along your lash line, starting from the inner corner of your eye and working your way outwards. For a more dramatic look, use the tip of the eyeliner to create a winged effect. To finish, use a cotton bud to smudge the eyeliner for a softer, smokier look.
