i dont understand this

the worst primer, and no lash extending properties. Makes only a mess, the white is visible under black mascara, and takes for ever to dry! Dont understand this product.
Then i researched the product manufacturer and sounds like this is rather some conditioner for lashes. Who knows. rather i dont use any extra-products around my eyes.
