Right of Withdrawal

If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, please keep these guidelines in mind before submitting your form:

The 14-Day Withdrawal Period
You have the right to withdraw from your webshop purchase within 14 days from the day your order is delivered. To use this right, you must let us know within the 14-day period that you wish to withdraw from your purchase.

Returning the Products
After you have submitted your withdrawal request, the products must be returned to us without unnecessary delay and no later than 14 days after you have informed us that you wish to withdraw.

Beauty Products Must Remain Sealed
You are welcome to open the shipping parcel to inspect your order. However, for health and hygiene reasons, beauty products can only be returned if the individual product packaging remains unopened, unused, and with any original seal intact. If a product has been opened, used, or unsealed, we may not be able to accept it as a return.

Personalised / Customised Orders
Products that are made to your specifications or clearly personalised may be excluded from the right of withdrawal. This means that customised BYOB orders may not be eligible for return or refund.

Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are covered by you, unless otherwise stated or required by law.

Refund
Once we have received the returned products in acceptable condition, we will process your refund in accordance with our Terms & Conditions.
