It's now almost three months since we launched our Non-Apology campaign.

Our goal: To raise awareness about the fact that women constantly feel guilty for choosing things that make them happy and to get them to stop doing so.

And we have to say this: To see you - our members - engage so strongly in this topic by sharing what you no longer feel guilty about... Yes, it simply filled our hearts.

And your reaction convinced us even more that there is a problem and that it needs to be solved.

So how do we move on from here, now that we've raised awareness?
From our side, we will continue to remind you though everything we do, to choose what makes you happy without guilt. But we can't do this without you.
It is YOU who must now live this life without apologizing.

Remind yourself every day that it's okay to choose your own happiness over pleasing others. Take some well-deserved time for yourself when you need it and enjoy it.
Actively stop yourself when you're about to apologize for something that will make you happy.
Differentiate between goals that you have set yourself and goals that others have set.
And never worry about what others think when you choose your own happiness.

This is how to be #sorrynotsorry. That's how you become happy.
