Travel at least once a month! Start waking up at 6 a.m. to go for a run every day! Understand politics! Completely give up sugar, carbs, dairy, alcohol, gluten and every other delicious food that has ever brought you the slightest delight! ‘Cause that’s what you are supposed to do, right? Instead of chasing unrealistic expectations, how about making it super simple and just do things that make YOU happy. And do them often.
