The Essence Serum

The Essence serum is formulated with pre- and postbiotics to bring balance to the skin. Thanks to the carefully selected ingredients this essence "feeds" the growth of the good bacterias and restores the skins pH balance, which are the direct routes to rebalancing a healthy skin microflora.

The pre- and postbiotics actives ((inulin, alpha-glucan oligosaccharide and lactobacillus ferment lysate) work in symbiotic harmony to support and protect the skin’s microbiota from stressors that can lead to itchy skin, redness, irritations and impurities. What are prebiotics & postbiotic?
Pre- and postbiotics are nutrients for the skin-friendly organisms, so they can grow stronger. When exposed to pre- and postbiotics, our microbiota will gain the balance and recover, while the harmful organisms are reduced (due to the “competition” from the good ones). The postbiotics (in this case) are lysates deriving from fermented probiotic bacteria). When infused in skin care, they promote the growth of good the microorganisms and this way help the skin re-balancing.
