You know the feeling of saying yes, when you deep down feel a big NO? Don’t worry, you’re not alone. We’re actually a lot who struggle with that dilemma. But why is it that we, as women, find it so hard to say no? It’s actually simple. It’s just so much easier to say ‘yes’ - to keep the peace, to be kind, to avoid a conflict, to please - or simply because it's harder to make an excuse to say no.

Let’s stop trying to live our lives according to what we think others expect. Let’s stop trying to be perfect, pretty and pleasing, and let’s start by saying what we really feel and mean.

We want to let all you awesome women know, that we are entitled to say NO. Entitled to NOT visit our mother in-law, NOT helping our friend move her couch, and NOT babysit our sisters' kids, because we just don't feel like it that day. So, take a deep breath, forget about other’s expectations, and simply breathe that big fat NO out. And, don’t feel sorry about it.
