This product contains of 2 separate sheets – one for each breast.

Clean and dry the area, apply a sheet to each breast, place the nipple in the hole. Allow the mask to work for 15 – 20 minutes before removing it and then gently massage the remaining serum into the skin. The mask can be used as needed, or 1-2 times a week.
