How can we make women feel less guilty?

We women tend to feel guilty like a convict in court. And then we feel guilty again for feeling guilty. #spiraloff

We think that is a waste of time and energy. Turn it into happiness or decisiveness so that you motivate yourself to do things differently. Stop with the blame game and you will see that you feel guilty less often.

So how do we go about it?

Let's start by expressing these feelings, by first recognising emotions such as guilt or shame. Ask yourself where it comes from that you feel this way and say to yourself, 'Hey, it's OK! It's all right and I'm going to let go of this feeling. Others who drop their expectations on you, you don't have to listen to them at all.

However difficult that may sometimes seem. You do you!

In other words: let go of what others think of you, be kind to yourself and never apologise again for what you do. We call it Non-Apology. #sorrynotsorry

Once we do that, we can start living the way we want. You deserve that!
