The ‘Unapologetically Me’ Box

It is now a few months since we launched our Non-Apology campaign.

Our goal: Raising awareness that women constantly feel guilty for choosing things that make them happy and make them stop doing so.

And we need to say this: Seeing you - engaging so rigidly in this topic by sharing what you won’t feel guilty for anymore…Well, that simply and fully filled our hearts. And your reaction confirmed to us even more that there is a problem and it needs to be solved.

So how do we go on from here, now that we raised awareness?

From our side, we will keep reminding you with everything we do to choose what makes you happy without any feelings of guilt. But hey, we can’t do this without you.

YOU are the one who now needs to really live this unapologetic life.

Remind yourself every day that it is okay to choose your own happiness over satisfying others.

Take your well-deserved time for yourself whenever you need it and fully enjoy it.

Actively stop yourself, when you are about to apologise for something that will make you happy.

Differentiate goals that are set by you from goals that are set by others.

And don’t ever worry about what others think when you choose your own happiness.
